We had already developed an Inventory Management tool, based on widely and readily available technologies, when Fox Gins reached out to us.

After discussing Fox Gins specific needs with them, we added extra features to the Inventory Management tool we already had to meet those requirements. This version became Artisman – a fully trademarked solution built for companies like Fox Gins.

Inventory data is entered through a highly functional Microsoft Excel module which features advanced formula’s and macro’s – all of which is protected to prevent any accidental alteration. The Excel module has been designed with smart and efficient data entry in mind, meaning only the minimal amount of data is entered manually with the remainder being passed from component to component, or calculated.

Production and Packaging components in the Excel module provide full traceability from raw material to finished goods, including waste statistics. Complex duty paid and duty owed calculations for alcohol containing stock are also included.

An integrated Power BI module provides powerful audit capabilities, summaries, trends and insights including those that enable efficiency improvement, cost reduction and revenue growth opportunities to be discovered
